Rotator cuff
Tears, tendinopathy, and the weakness behind them. Most cuff problems respond to structured loading, not rest.
Shoulder pain physiotherapyNight pain, overhead pain, the shoulder that clicks and grinds. We find the cause, then rebuild the strength that keeps it fixed. 60 minute initial at four clinics.
What we seeThe shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body, which makes it the easiest to misdiagnose. We test, not guess.
01
Tears, tendinopathy, and the weakness behind them. Most cuff problems respond to structured loading, not rest.
02
Slow, frustrating, and manageable with the right expectations and plan. We are honest about timelines from day one.
03
Usually a capacity problem dressed up as a structural one. Strength through range fixes what rest never does.
04
First-time dislocations and the loose shoulders that follow. Rebuilt with progressive strength and control work.
05
Reconstructions, stabilisations, cuff repairs. Protocol led, surgeon aligned, tested at every phase.
06
Throwers, swimmers, lifters. Sport specific loading that gets you back overhead with confidence.
How we fix itThe same six phase Paragon Method behind every rehab we run. Data at the start, data at every retest.
Step 01
60 minute initial. Full history, movement screen, VALD strength testing where appropriate. We find the driver, not just the sore spot.
Step 02
A phased plan from regain to sustain, built from your numbers. You leave visit one knowing what is wrong, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Step 03
Strength based rehab, coached in the room. Retested every 6 to 8 weeks so you can see the progress, not just feel it.

Night pain is common with rotator cuff problems and frozen shoulder because lying down changes blood flow and compresses irritated tissue. It usually settles as the underlying problem improves. Persistent night pain is worth assessing properly.
Usually neither. Most shoulder pain is diagnosed well clinically, and injections without rehab rarely produce lasting change. If imaging or a specialist opinion is genuinely indicated, we refer you promptly.
Simple cuff irritations often improve inside 6 to 12 weeks. Frozen shoulder and post-surgical rehab run longer. You get an honest, staged timeline at your first visit and retests every 6 to 8 weeks.
Almost always yes, with modifications. We would rather adjust your training than stop it. You keep what you have built while the shoulder catches up.
