Code of conduct
Paragon Physiotherapy Pty Ltd is determined to meet high moral and ethical standards in all its business dealings and expects that all employees will be committed to meeting these standards. These standards are underpinned by our core values.
The Code of Conduct applies to all employees employed by Paragon Physiotherapy Pty Ltd and all employees are provided with a copy on commencement of employment. Failure to comply with the Codes terms can result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
a) The property of Paragon Physiotherapy Pty Ltd, its subsidiaries includes and will include trade and business secrets and other confidential information and documents relating to the affairs, or business of the company, or any person as a result of this agreement, or which come into my possession in the course and by the reason of the Employment/Practicum, whether or not the same were originally supplied by the Company (“Confidential Information”)
b) I represent and warrant that I will not either during my Employment/Practicum, or at any time thereafter, except in the proper course of my duties under this agreement, or as required by law, or by Paragon Physiotherapy Pty Ltd, use or disclose to any person any confidential information and will use my best endeavours to prevent the unauthorised use, or disclosure of any confidential information by third parties.
